In Rathmines College, for example, internal progression from FETAC Level 5 Awards to Advanced Certificates FETAC Level 6 and BTEC Higher National Diplomas are a popular option and many external progression links are established and facilitated by the college. Graduates can become eligible for entry to Universities and from some courses receive exemptions onto Degree programmes.
